In piles clinic we deal with the Piles ,Fissure, Fistula Piles Bleeding during defecation is a very commom clinical symptom and can be quite stressful and embarrsing to the patient. Commonest cause of bleeding is piles. Piles can occur at any age and affects both sexes.Common causes are chronic constipation, pregnancy and positive family history.Common symptoms are bleeding bright red blood , itching, irritation, dull aching pain and a lump which may be painful . sometimes piles can bleed unruptured and causes tender lump and creates emmergency. Treatment of piles can be surgical and medical ( conservative). Here we do triple plication/haemorrhoidectomy/ stapled haemorrhoidopexy with almost good success rate.

Fissure: An anal fissure is a small tear of skin around back of the anus.

This is a very painful conditions specially when passing stool and even further few hours after passing stool. It is common in adult and children.

The treatment of choice is medicines and surgical.

Fistula in ano: An anal Fistula is a small channel that can develop between end of the bowel and skin near tha anus . common symptoms are intermittent discharge of pus and blood, pain around, skin irritation. Treatment: Only treatment is surgry.
